Safe Eyes has one of the best overall products we reviewed.  It looks great, and its filtering was very good once you increase the protection level. Only Bsafe and Secure Spot did better. Safe Eyes has the best notification options of them all.

Safe Eyes has one of the best overall products we reviewed. It looks great. Its filtering was very good, once you increase the protection level (only Bsafe and Secure Spot did better) and Safe Eyes has the best notification options of thm all.  Here’s how it works:  A notification screen is displayed (rather than the offensive content) when an inappropriate site is accessed. You can assume your child was protected from accidental exposure to a bad site if this happens once.  You can probably assume someone is trying to find missed sites if the notification screen is displayed 10 times in 30 minutes. This exceeds the threshold (set by you) and can email you, send a text message to your mobile phone, or actually send a recorded message to your phone.  Imagine being out to dinner and your cell phone rings.  It’s your filter.  Your block threshold was exceeded.  The next move is yours.
